Doo Wop Meets R&B at The Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center

Black Men In America.com has established a second office in North Central Florida, which has a large population of retired people.  Some members of this population do not easily relate to the current or trending popular music.  Many of these folks long for the music soundtrack of their youth.  In this case, one of those soundtracks is a form of music called Doo-Wop.

Leave it to a Washington, DC based company to bridge the gap and fill the void with music and entertainment that immediately satisfies the musical desires of these retirees.

Kristen Smith, the President of Dante Productions has tasked her Vice President, Mr. Chauncey Dunham, to manage this project and “make a difference.”  Last August the company produced a “kick-off” concert in Daytona, Florida.  That show was a sellout and paved the way for another show titled: Doo-Wop Meets R&B, scheduled for October 27, 2018 in Ormond Beach, Florida.

The success of these ventures have paved the way for other events.  Check this and our other website soon more details.
