HATTIE T AND CHIEF ZEE AKA ZEEMA WILLIAMS KIDS IN TROUBLE SANTA’S HELPERS.

When my wife Hattie and I founded our non-profit organization Kids In Trouble, Inc., in December of 1968, we never thought we would be hosting this endeavor for 45 straight years without grants or loans.

Chief Zee and All-Pro NFL Wide Receiver (WR) Roy Jefferson would lead the way as Santa’s Helpers for thousands of kids from the District, Maryland & Virginia (DMV), who benefited from our annual toy party for elementary school children (1968-2013).

Kids In Trouble, Inc. was the first organization to encourage, pro athletes, politicians, judges, law enforcement, entertainers, radio, and television personalities to reach back into the community to enhance the growth and development of inner-city children.
