According to Wikipedia, Black billionaires are individuals who have brown to dark brown skin with a net worth of at least US $1 billion.  According to the 2021 Forbes ranking of the world’s billionaires, Nigerian business magnate Aliko Dangote had a net worth of $11.5 billion and was the world’s richest black man.  Here is a list of U.S. billionaires.

Robert Johnson became the first African American billionaire in 2000 after he sold the network to Viacom for $3 billion in stock and assumed swag. Since then, sagging Viacom and CBS stock, plus investments in real estate, hotels and banks have dragged Johnson’s net worth to $550 million, we estimate.
