Homemade Energy Drink by MasterChef Gary

0
People ask me: “Dude where do you get all of this energy?” It’s more from this drink that I make to start my day than adequate hours of sleep.
This is a mixture of fresh cranberries (a super fruit), low-sodium vegetable juice, the All-In-One Master Tonic, organic beet root powder, low-sugar hydration powder and Bloody Mary Mix. Put it in a blender and enjoy a tart jolt to start your day. Sometimes I use it as meal replacement. The details are in the recipe section at www.masterchefgary.com.
